Abstract
Objective To establish a practical method for mouse Corti's organ culturing in vitro. Methods Surface procedures were taken to culture Corti's organ from mouse cochlea and influenscence was used to stain the cells in Corti's organ for observing their growing status. Results Following a culturing period lasted for 1 to 5 days, the inner and outer hair cells and supporting cells were all in an ideal growing status in a well arranged order without marked defect or loss. Conclusion The cells in Corti's organ can survival for a certain period of time in culturing condition in vitro with well growing status.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
