Two Kinds of the Developmental Space and Tendency of Chinese Democratic Politics

In the construction of China's political civilization, election, as two important forms in the development of democratic politics, ballot democracy and deliberative democracy are the fruits of human civilization and the developing tendency of democratic politics. From the democratic progress, they have further displayed the superiority of the system of people's congress and the system of political consultation adopted in our country. The structural characteristics of China's political system require a further development of the democracy. For political consultation, to practice deliberative democracy, the Political Consultative Conference should take in more participants, increase specialized opinions and suggestions, add in more initiatives and hotter ingredients.
