Analysis and Countermeasures of the Impact on College Students Psychological Barriers

Using mental health test(PHI168),the undergraduate medical schools in 352 school students were tested.The results show that undergraduate students have larger problem,especially Chinese medicine,management and nursing students.In this paper,the author analyses the cause of illness to these students by psychological analysis and use of physical exercise for the treatment of proposals to achieve the purpose of physical and mental health.
