A Review of Current Bus Priority Situation and Problems at Intersection

Bus priority transit in urban is a critical treatment to improve the rate of bus access time.Bus priority intersection can reduce delays of public transportation vehicles in intersection.By setting the bus lane as well as bus signal priority control for important road intersection,the level of urban public transport services can be enhanced.Based on the review of bus priority at intersection,the problems and insufficiency of bus priority at intersections research in China at present are pointed out.
