Abstract
In order to grasp the scientific content of the theoretical system of the socialist economic theory with Chinese characteristics,we require an accurate understanding of the intrinsic characteristics of the formation and development on the socialist economic theory with Chinese characteristics.The formation and development on the socialist economic theory with Chinese characteristics is process of liberation of the idea,breakthrough of the theory and exploration of the practice again and again.Marxist scientific theory is the theoretical source of the formation and development of the socialist economic theory with Chinese characteristics.China's economic construction of socialism under the conditions of reform and opening is foundation of the practice of the formation and development of the socialist economic theory with Chinese characteristics.The formation and development of the socialist economic theory with Chinese characteristics has also learned and absorbed many results of modern civilization of the development of human society.
