On December 17,2009,Guangzhou protection of women's rights provisions stipulated that a party of couples can inquire the other party's property with legal identification by relative departments,.The regulation caused a widespread dispute.The basic reason is that the rules do not differentiate t whether it belongs to the couple's joint property or to personal property.Based on the necessity and feasibility of couple's joint property right system,it should be regulated by the National People's Congress legislation.Also the regulation should include the main body for a legal relationship between husband and wife of both sides,object for the couple's joint property,and for the program of making reasonable property inquires.
