Molecular Mechanism of Exploration on the Prevention of TCM for Drug- resistant Pulmonary Tuberculosis

In recent years,Tuberculosis(TB) has worsened sharply all over the world. The resistance of tuberculosis(TB) has been increased year by year,which severely threatens the human health. Controlling drug- resistant pulmonary tuberculosis especially multi- drug resistant tuberculosis and serious drug- resistant TB is regarded as a long- term and difficult job. TCM has accumulated experience for several thousand years in prevention and control of tuberculosis,and it has certain curative effect on drug- resistant tuberculosis diseases,however,its molecular mechanism is not clearly demonstrated. Discussing molecular mechanism of the prevention of TCM for drug- resistant pulmonary tuberculosis whether depending on repaired mutant gene of mycobacterium tuberculosis will be of great importance in creating a new way of the prevention of drug- resistant TB.
