Abstract
Since September,2008,the financial crisis brought by Subprime mortgage crisis has attracted the worldwide attention.It is also concerned about by various governments and their central banks.Undoubtedly,the crisis has exerted a deep influence on both international financial market and the fast developing economy of China.
