The Change of Major Carbohydrate in Different Flue-cured Tobacco Position Leaves

The changes of mayor carbohydrates content in different flue-cured tobacco position leaves were analyzed and the variance analysis with starch,total sugar and reducing sugar in tobacco leaves were carried out.Leaf samples were taken from different leaf positions and dates in Heilongjiang province.The results indicated that starch,total sugar and reduced sugar content were increased with the increasing leaf positions.With the delaying leaf harvest dates,there was not distinct regularity in starch and reduced sugar contents.The difference of starch contents was not significant and the difference of total sugar and reducing sugar content was significant in different leaf positions.The difference of total sugar contents was significant in different leaf harvesting dates.
