Abstract
Objective: To construct the neuroimaging information database for analyzing and integrating huge datasets generating from neuroscience research. Methods: A neuroimaging information database was constructed by means of new technologies relating to databases. Based on the subject database of neuroimaging information, the data mining will be used for accomplishing the atlas of the brain structure, functions and neural network. Results: The designs for neuroimaging information database were dissertated, and the acquirement, representation, analysis, integration, management, visualization and sharing of the neuroimaging data were discussed. Conclusion: Based on the cluster system of TS10000 and the new technologies, the neuroimaging information database can be constructed.
