Abstract

Quantitative determination of the normal flora in vagina was carried out on normal persons and the mycoplasm vaginitis patients, and the analysis of the result indicates that the separation rate and the number of Lactobacillus in the mycoplasm vaginitis secretion were lower than that of the normal contrast group, but the separation rate and the number of the other condition pathogenic bacteria were higher than that of the normal contrast group. The imbalance of normal flora in the vagina of the mycoplasm vaginitis patients was quite obvious, therefore it also necessary to regulate the imbalance of normal plora in vagina in addition to clinical anti-mycoplasm treatment.
