Influence factors in serologic HLA typing test of allograft kidney transplantation

Objective To investigate the influence factors in serologic Human Leukocyte Antigen typing test of allograft kidney transplantation.Methods 870 Human Leukocyte Antigen typing test records were summarized,analyzed the causes of failure.Results Sample for typing test,the level of typing technician,Store environment for typing reagents,interferenced typing test's results,even lead to failure.Conclusion We should change sample collecting way,enhance the level of typing technician,improve store environment for typing reagents,so we can get typing test record better.
