Abstract
Objective:To summarize the experiences of microsurgical treatment for 23 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:From January 1998 to March 2002,we conducted retrospective analysis on microsurgical treatment for the 23 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital.Results:ADL classification 3 months after surgery:4 cases in grade Ⅰ,6 cases in grade Ⅱ,7 cases in grade Ⅲ,2 cases in grade Ⅳ and 4 cases of death.Conclusion:Microsurgical treatment for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is safer,more accurate and can markedly improve the clinical effect.
