Abstract
Intellectual property is very important aspect in the foreign investment environment and it will exert great importance.The importance is based on the relations between the intellectual property institutions and foreign investment. There are many defects in our intellectual property law system now. In order to increase the amount of foreign investment, we must improve the intellectual property law system from every aspect.
