Contemporary Chinese Marxist View of Human Rights

The important issue of human rights is widely concerned all over the world.Chinese communists examine the world's human rights by using Marxist human rights theory,reveal the basic concept of contemporary Chinese human rights with practice of Chinese socialism of primary level,and clearly propose national rights(sovereignty) above human rights for fantastic stories and theories about human rights in international community.Hence,Marxist view of human rights is enriched and correct guidance of thinking methodology provided in human rights research which press forward socialist human rights cause.
