Abstract

Objective To observe the influence of one-to-one bladder traning on postoperative urination pattern and comfort of patients undergoing renipuncture. Methods One hundred and ninty hospitalized patients undergoing renipuncture were recruted in this study with the method of convenience sampling. They were randomly divided into experimental group(pre-operative one-to-one bladder training) with a total of 99 cases and control group(routine pre-operative health education) with 91 patients. The postoperative urination pattern and comfort of patients were compared between two groups. Results The proportion of patients with postoperative self-urination in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P0.05).And postoperative comfort score of experimental group and control group was(6.42±2.12) and(5.62±2.43) respectively and there was significant difference(t=2.42,P0.05).Conclusion Preoperative one-to-one bladder training can promote post-operative self-urination of patients lying on bed, enhance comfort and reduce the incidence of urinary retention.
