Abstract

The article introduces the basic ideas and charcteristics of logistics management in supply chain enterprises,based on the conflicts of interests existing in traditional enterprises.The purpose of the article is to show that it is applicable for supply chain management to be applied to modern enterprises so that more enterprises will attach more importance to the method and adoptit.
