Abstract

ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS MATERIALS (China), Vol 19, No 2, P 9 10 (Apr 2000) In Chinese Nanometer rutile TiO 2 powder is obtained by mixing Ti(SO 4) 2 and H 2C 2O 4 in proper proportion, washing the deposited crystals of H 2〔TiO(C 2O 4) 2〕, and calcining at 750~820℃ When crystals of H 2〔TiO(C 2O 4) 2〕 decomposed, most part of H 2〔TiO(C 2O 4) 2〕 change into CO 2, CO and water vapor, and evaporate TEM and XRD test results show that the grain size is 10~35 nm and the crystal structure rutile (7 refs )
