Eradication of Helicobacter Pylori in Peptic Ulcer Diseases

Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection is closely associated with peptic ulcer,and the eradication of Hp is the most important advance in the management of peptic ulcer.In this paper,the current opinions of Hp eradication in peptic ulcer were discussed,including Hp prevalence in peptic ulcer,the mechanism by which Hp caused peptic ulcer,the domestic and international consensus for remedies of Hp eradication,the natural history of peptic ulcer disease after Hp eradication and the continuous maintenance treatment of anti peptic ulcer.
