Abstract
In order to overcome the lack of the current DiffServ multicast proposals, this paper proposes a new approach of multicast in DiffServ networks, which not only solves Neglected Reserved Sub-tree(NRS) ,scalability and heterogeneous QoS problem, but also improves link utilization ratio through using link resource allocation strategy. In addition,it can alleviate inter-class fairness problem by integrating with proper multicast routing algorithm.
