Abstract

With the ending of the cold war, Yalta System collapsed completely. Seeing the abrupt turn in the international situation, Mr. Deng Xiaoping and Mr. George Bush respectively put forward their own ideas of establishing a new political and economical world order, which has played an important role in the two countries' foreign policies and strategic changes along with the development of the current international situation.
