Abstract
With the reform in management systems and the expansion of the scale of colleges and universities, the minor position of tuition income takes up the dominant position in the overall income of colleges and universities. This paper points out that the tuition income of colleges and universities should not be included in the national purse and the collection of tuitions should be computerized, and puts forward some suggestions on the problem of default of tuition payment.
