On the Community Self-Government Organization Construction and the Social Work

Through comparison for the community development which the United Nations Promotes and the community construction which the Civil Administration Department practices, this paper analyzes the shortage on the principles and methods in current Chinese community construction activities,emphasizing the community democracy development and the importance of the cooperative relation between community members and government in the process of the community construction, then putting forward the reform of organization construction of the current community and basic conceive to promote the further community development with profession social work.
