Abstract
Urbanization accelerates the differentiation in traditional rural society. As a result, the diversified changes of the social structure in rural areas necessarily bring about the transformation of rural governance. The unified mode of rural governance is not matching the social changes in rural areas, while the unmixed social self-government organization in countryside can not be achieved due to the loose organization of peasants, which makes the governing in the rural society declining.Thus,urban-rural integration does not only promote the construction of rural society, but take a trial operation of the governance model with government dominance and social cooperation.
