Abstract
Along with the development of international trade and shipping, the delivery of goods without straight bill of lading has become more and more popular.There are different opinions as to whether it is necessary for the carrier to deliver goods with original bill of lading,and different decisions have been made thereon.This article aims to make analyses based on a definite case and to give some suggestion.
