Abstract
The article simply describes the development of professional qualification recognition since Reform and Opening-up,analyses the affected by economical globalization and entering WTO,compares new trends of professional qualification recognition overseas and arrives the conclusion that professional qualification recognition must re-orient itself,improve the system of vocational qualification training and enhance recognitioning professional qualification certificates overseas.
