Observation of Qingreliangxuehuayu prescription on the treatment of infantile hepatitis syndrome

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of Qingreliangxuehuayu prescription on the treatment of infantile hepatitis syndrome. Methods 68 cases of infantile hepatitis syndrome in children were randomly divided into treatment group( n = 38 cases) and the control group( n = 30 cases),two groups of patients were given conventional treatment of infant hepatitis syndrome,on this basis,the treatment group was treated by Qingreliangxuehuayu prescription. The therapeutic effect of the two groups,changes before and after the treatment in the level of TBIL,DBIL,ALT,AST and NO and adverse reaction were analyzed by SPSS20. 0 software. Results The total effective rate in treatment group( 84. 2%) was significantly higher than that in the control group( 63. 3%,P 0. 05);each index in serum of the two groups patients after treatment was decreased significantly compared with that before treatment( P 0. 05),but the treatment group decreased significantly was greater than that of the control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion The self- made Qingreliangxuehuayu prescription in the treatment of infantile hepatitis syndrome has significant effect,can significantly improve the level of relevant indicators,improve the cure rate,shorten the course of disease,is worthy of clinical use.
