Discussion on Fair Liability Imputable Accountability Principle——Comments on Tort Liability Law Article 87

The unitary ascription of responsibility and dual ascription of responsibility are discussed.The fair liability principle is analyzed,which is not considered the basis of ascription,but the consideration of the scope of compensation.The principle of fair liability in Article 87 of Tort Liability Law is commented,it is considered that appropriate changes in it can better demonstrate its harmony ideas of fairness and justice.
