Abstract

In the new stage of higher vocational education development,the vocational college must select the path to walk towards the connotation development with improving teaching quality and efficiency as the core objective.System is the basis and soul for connotation development of vocational college.We should actively explore the laws of system construction,enrich the theory of it,grasp the essence of it and increase the level of it in the construction process.Thereby we can pave the way,set up the platform,and provide the safeguard for the connotation development of vocational college.
