Abstract
The author believes that Deng Xiao-ping's theory about socialist market economy,as well as the structural reforms has revealed the great issue:What is socialism and how to build socialism?On the other hand,it is the above reforms,based on the formal theory,facing to the objective of socialist market economy structure,that have largely promoted the development of productive forces.
