Abstract

The belt transmission is an important transmission type of mechanic transmission. With adequately study on the theory of belt-transmission design, we put forward the design thought of the belt-transmission CAD system. Directed by mode.l and based on the tool of VB6.0 which is visual and object-oriented program language, we develop the belt-transmission CAD software with friendly interface of use. This software can improve the design quality, decrease the working hours greatly, realize the integration of design and drawing.
