Abstract

Indirect infringement of intellectual property has three forms:aiding infringement, secondary infringement and infringe-ment by subrogation.Indirect infringement differs from joint infringement because it doesn't necessarily presuppose directive in-fringement despite the connections with it.Therefore,it's necessary to regulate directive infringement in our legislation.
