Strategic Thinking on Accelerating the Development of Rural Tertiary Industry

Abstract
Seven aspects may be considered to accelerate the development of rural tertiary industry,that is,promoting the urbanization of rural areas,reinforcing the industrialization of agriculture to extend the industrial chain,determining the key developing field according to local conditions,improving the rural infrastructure and the quality of labor forces,reforming the residence registration system and supporting the potential projects especially on policies.
