Abstract

MAPGIS file generation of geological section with bore data in EXCEL format is discussed in this paper.VBA for EXCEL is used to help transform bore data to MAPGIS format using the open format of MAPGIS.The result shows that it is rapid and accurate to generate these files and then helpful for further analysis.
