Abstract

Proceded from the common existing problems of college counselors'staff-constructions,and viewed from Maslow's theory of hierarchy need,this paper analyzes why college counselors had inadequate career identity for the job.At the same time some suggestions have been put forward to solve the problem: trying to promote the counselors' career identity by programming counselors' work,enhancing the sustaining system for counselors' work,bringing counselors' professional advantages into full play,making them realize their own self-esteem in the process of doing something new and original.
