PARAMETERS CORRELATION ANAL YSIS OF PLATE ROLLING MILL AND ROLLING TORQUE CALCULATION

Through the analysis of process parameters,measured on-line in four high reversal rolling mill,the correlation characteristic among every parameters of rolling force, stress at stand corner,rolling torque,rolling current and revolution velocity of main motor, and roll gap were investigated The accuracy of rolling torque was also estimated by using rolling force and rolling current.
