Abstract
Four cellulase-producing fungus were screened from soil and rotten wood sample. They were identified as T.viride persex-MF4,Penillium-MF4,Trichoderma koningii-TF3,Aspergillus niger-TF9.The influence factors on the cellulase-producing by the TF3 were studied. The results indicated that the optimum conditions of producing cellulase were as follows:carbon source was bran and micro-cellulose complex, nitrogen source was ammonium sulfate, culture temperature was 30-32℃,initial pH was 6—7.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
