Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with pelvic floor muscle training in the treatment of pelvic floor muscle tension and on the pelvic floor function.Method:150 patients admitted to hospital full-term pregnancy 6 weeks postpartum women as research object in the People's hospital of Kenli county from January 2012 to March 2012,they were randomly divided into two groups.Pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment group had 80 cases, control group had 70 cases. The treatment group by French PHEN IX pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy for pelvic floor rehabilitation, including pelvic floor muscle strength evaluation and stimulation of a course of treatment with pelvic floor muscle training(also known as Kegel);the observation group with normal postpartum rehabilitation education.Through the pelvic muscle electrophysiology diagnosis, stress urinary incontinence,POP-Q diagnosis of pelvic organ prolapse index. The clinical effects of the two groups were treated for 6 weeks postpartum,6 months,12 months of pelvic floor functional rehabilitation evaluation.Result:After 6 months,12 months of pelvic floor muscle tension in treatment group were higher than those in the control group.6 months after the treatment group and the control group with stress urinary incontinence was 2.50%(2/80)and 12.86%(9/70),the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);12 months postpartum treatment group and control group with stress urinary incontinence was 3.75%(3/80)and 14.29%(10/70),the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).12 months after the treatment group and the control group of POP-Q Ⅰ degree prolapse was 26.25%(21/80)and 42.86%(30/70),the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion: Postpartum by French PHEN IX pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument for pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment plus Kegel, can effectively strengthen the pelvic floor muscles support function, reduce the incidence of urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.
