Relationship Determination with Train Weight,Speed and Density of Heavy Haul Railway Line in China

Heavy haul railway is a leading development direction of China railway freight transportation.Logical matching relationship for weight,speed,density of heavy haul railway is a key factor in freight railway in China.It's a complicated system problem to find out the logical matching relationship for weight,speed,density of heavy haul railway.Matching relation of these three elements should be assured according to country economy,society needs and route basic condition,ect.Based on transportation organization management theory,this paper discusses that the fundamental rule should be taken into consideration in any resolution of the three factors: feasibility in the technologies,profitability in the economy and beneficial to the society.The rule has important meaning for development of our country railway freight transportation.
