Abstract

This article makes a chart of teacher training program management based on a case study on the short-term teacher training program of National Teacher Training Plan.The chart includes five milestones and ten key tasks on teacher training program management,with which of keystones,characters and working tips,used for reference to the study on teacher training program management.
