Abstract
Adventitious buds were regenerated from petiole of pear cv.'Bayuehong'and 'Suisho'.Adventitious buds were formed from calluses. The optimal medium for petiole regeneration was NN69+IBA 0.5 mg/L(Bayuehong) or IAA 0.5 mg/L(Suisho)+TDZ 1.0 mg/L+Sucrose 30 g/L+Agar 6.0 g/L.AgNO 3 enhanced the regeneration efficiency of petiole of'Bayuehong'while its concentration varied from 0.1 mg/L to 1.5 mg/L,and the most effective concentration of AgNO 3 was 0.5 mg/L.
