On the Subject of the Thought for Parliament Sovereignty and Rule of Law for British Constitution

Parliamentary sovereignty is considered as first key meaning of British constitution.Since 20th century,especially after World War II,with strengthening of British administrative power and European Union law system accession,Parliamentary sovereignty has been limited and attacked from Domestic administrative centralization and effectiveness of European Union Law.Nevertheless,it still retains its nuclear position in constitutional system.Rule of Law is premise of parliamentary sovereignty.As the English system of elements and second key meaning of British constitution,Rule of Law and Parliamentary sovereignty are both considered as important principle of British constitution.
