A survey of the young students using internet in Hebei Province

Abstract
A general investigation with a questionnaire is performed over 3964 undergraduate students from 10 universities of science,technology,agriculture,medicine,and teachers in Hebei Province concerning their access to the internet. The survey offers a comprehensive analysis of its positive and negative impacts,in addition to a constructive proposal for the sake of the students.
