Abstract

Taking TLG450T girder hoisting machine as a research object,a finite element model of the whole machine was established by the general finite element software ANSYS.Structural strength and stiffness of the machine were analyzed under three unfavorable conditions, and the stress distribution and deflection were achieved, providing the theoretical foundation for structural safety assessment, and it could be referred by similar engineering.
