Abstract

[Objective] To optimize technique for extracting flavonoids from Lygodium japonicum and determine the content.[Method] Ultrasonic extraction was adopted to obtain flavonoids from L.japonicum.With ethanol as extractant,effects of solvent(ethanol) concentration,time,temperature,times on extraction were discussed through orthogonal test,and the content was determined by spectrophotometry.[Result] The optimum conditions were: ethanol concentration 60%,temperature 25 ℃,ultrasonic time 10 min,extraction times 3.Compared with common water extraction method and Soxhlet extraction method,the flavonoids content was up to 4.12%.[Conclusion] The method has many advantages of simple,convenient,rapid and energy-saving,high-efficiency.
