Reform and perfection of criminal punishment system

Abstract

it is very important to improve the system of criminal punishment and punishment for the maintenance of the prison order and promote the reform of criminals.There are a lot of problems in the current system of criminal punishment and punishment in China.The method is more and more,and the system of rewards and punishments is mixed,the pertinence is not strong,which seriously affects the performance of the system.In this paper,we draw on the relevant laws and regulations,combined with the actual situation in our country,put forward to establish the system,improve the system of criminal punishment,in order to adapt to the new era of the rule of law,scientific and civilized.
