Abstract
The traditional earned value analysis is to evaluate and predict the overall implementation of project, owing to neglect the logical relationship between the work packages of project,it is easy to cause the bias between the evaluation result and the actual execution.Based on the traditional earned value method, the multi-level earned value analysis method are put forward, this method can predict the total cost and total duration more accurately, and then,it can timely find the deviation place of cost and schedule in project,so as to rectify the schedule plan and provide more scientific basis for the schedule and cost management of project.
