Theory and Practice of College Students ‘Participation in Colleges’ Management——Take Hunan International Economics University as an Example

As the main body of colleges and universities, college students are both the recipients and practitioners of school management theory. Their participation and experience of the whole teaching process is both the starting point and final goal of school teaching, and is also the first scale in testing and measuring a college's education and management system. It's an inevitable trend for colleges and universities that students participate in schools' management. How to discover the theories and practices of students' participation in school management based on students and from students' point of view, as well as how to build up a mechanism that is suitable for students to participate in school management, becomes an urgent and essential problem. This essay studies by taking Hunan International Economics University as a case.
