Analysis of suspicious blood-matching in 30 clinical blood transfusion

Objective:To summative analyze the suspicious blood-matching met in clinical blood transfusion and ensure the clinical transfusion more scientific,safe and effective.Method:30 suspicious blood-matching cases met in our hospital from September 2007 to September 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.Result:In 30 suspicious blood-matching cases,11 were irregular antibody positive(including 10 patients and 1 blood donator),8 were autologous antibody positive(including 5 cases who had cold agglutinin),3 were ABO subtype,5 were blood group antigen weakened,2 were heparin effect and 1 was a patient who accepted different ABO blood type bone marrow transplantation.Conclusion:The correct identification of blood type,the screening of irregular antibody and the correct cross-matching tests were the important conditions of selecting suitable blood for patients and decreasing or avoiding the hemolytic transfusion reaction and guarantee of blood transfusion more safety.
