Abstract
In order to lower the dyeing temperature of disperse dyeing of polyester,eco-friendly carrier dyeing is carried out.The effects of carrier dibutyl succinate on the thermal stability and glass transition temperature of polyester fiber are analyzed,and the effects of temperature,time and dosage of carrier on dye-uptake are investigated.The results show that the carrier has plasticization effect to polyester fibers and has no effect on its thermal stability.It can lower the dyeing temperature effectively,increase the solubility of disperse dyes,and improve dye-uptake of disperse dyes obviously.The optimal carrier dyeing conditions are carrier 4%(omf),dyeing at 105℃ for 45 min.The shade and color fastness of the carrier dyeings are as good as dyeings with high temperature and pressure process.
